JOB SUMMARY:  The WFM CoE Manager of Field Specialists serves as the leader of the WFM field specialists. The role aims to ensure delivery of meaningful workforce management advisory to Securitas. This individual is responsible for advocating and championing Securitas values, cultures and the WFM operating model to the business and serves as the liaison between Field Specialists and the WFM CoE. They will also be responsible for participating in WFM CoE strategic planning, monitoring the WFM CoE Field Specialist budget, and providing developmental feedback to their direct reports

  • Manage WFM CoE Field Specialists
  • Participate in WFM CoE strategic planning sessions
  • Manage the WFM CoE Field Specialist budget
  • Represent the WFM CoE to business leaders
  • Maintain strong business partnerships and relationships with assigned leaders by serving as an WFM advisor
  • Support deployment of WFM programs and initiatives by providing tools to help guide Securitas
  • Counsel branch managers and leaders consistent with company policies/practices, legal considerations, compliance regulations, and company priorities—serving as an advocate for both company and employee concerns.
  • Contribute to the business and WFM strategy by helping business functional areas identify, prioritize, and build employee centered capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes in alignment with business goals
  • Support WFM related requests or inquiries as escalated from the branch level
  • Identify opportunities to improve branch operations and workforce management effectiveness
  • Support cross-functional projects by providing subject matter expertise including research, detailed planning, and implementation

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a variety of operational roles with increasingly progressive levels of responsibility required
  • Three years of branch experience
  • At least two years of managing a team
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

  • Understand the company strategy and how it relates to WFM
  • Understands the business model, operations, financial structure for the assigned organization
  • Demonstrates empathy and high emotional intelligence in various situations
  • Ability to build credibility and rapport with business leaders and navigate inter-organizational politics utilizing tact and diplomacy
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with a sense of urgency, confidence and openness to breakthrough-thinking
  • Manage a team budget
