JOB SUMMARY:

Performs detailed Quality Assurance Testing and validation of all software configured or modified by Application teams. Collaborate with business and technical team members to develop test scenarios and test plans. Facilitate Test Execution and provide regular status updates including testing metrics.

• Performs as a senior member of the QA Team

• Partners with business and technical resources to understand functions and underlying technology required to test the business needs, objectives, and desired features in order to plan and execute testing.

• Responsible for leading and executing QA and User Acceptance Testing

• Knowledge of creating complex test scenarios and developing test execution plans

• Perform issue reporting, research, analysis, confirmation and support resolution on assigned projects

• Maintain a strong knowledge of the project design and scheduling changes to support QA test effectiveness, focus and reporting

• Ability to clearly document, report, and present test results to stakeholders

• Experience with Test Management Software (Azure DevOps, ALM) preferred

• Experience with Test Automations Software (Selenium, UI Path, etc) a plus

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 3+ years of successful and progressively responsible experience in QA Testing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.

• Must be experienced in QA processes and principles

• Experience creating and executing Test Scripts and Test Plans

• Technical competence with software programs including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint, Visio, Access)

Working Conditions and Physical/Mental Demands
