ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Interpret and understand Define Contribution and Define Benefit plan documents
  • Exercise knowledge of DOL/IRS and ERISA regulations
  • Establish rapport and effective communication relationships with diverse audiences
  • In-depth data analysis, accuracy of data, compilation of data from various sources
  • Manage projects efficiently and timely
  • Manage and organize large retirement plan communications mailings
  • Interact with third party vendors and colleagues throughout organization in US and Canada
  • Assist with retirement plan merger and acquisition projects   
  • Assist with annual retirement plan audits and testing requirements

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   The following are the minimum qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the duties and responsibilities of this position.  Please note that the minimum qualifications may vary based upon the department size and/or geographic location.

Education/Experience:

  • Associates Degree preferred, High School Diploma required
  • 5+ years of directly related retirement administrative experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
