JOB SUMMARY: Manage all aspects and phases of physical security system solution services in assigned territory. Promote and generate sales of security systems and remote monitoring services to existing and new clients. Serve as a subject matter expert in regard to video surveillance, physical access control, intrusion prevention, and other physical security technology applications. Develop functional and technical specifications of security systems with clients, vendors, subcontractors and colleagues. Ensure strong customer service by managing expectations, executing on commitments, and providing support throughout the client relationship cycle. Attain key performance metrics including profit & loss objectives for Technical Solutions Unit in assigned territory.

1. Promotes the use of security systems technology applications as a service solution that
adds value for clients and drives profitability for the Company.
2. Create specifications and design physical security systems and associated network and
communications infrastructure
3. Ensures the delivery of high-quality customer service through regular contact with
branch managers, sales staff, clients, vendors, and partners; evaluates service quality
and initiates corrective action as necessary.
4. Identifies and manages relationships with subcontract suppliers within assigned territory
to prepare and successfully deliver solutions.
5. Analyzes operational and financial indicators to continuously improve performance;
ensures profitable operations with full profit and loss accountability for assigned
Technical Solutions Unit territory.
6. Develops and administers Technical Solutions budget in collaboration with Unit
7. Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws,
regulations, policies and procedures; acts to ensure that staff members understand and
comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
8. Participates as a team member in the Unit’s strategic planning and provides leadership
in business development.
9. Collaborates with the Unit and other cross functional departments to develop and
implement product applications, marketing initiatives, and training.
10. Performs additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as
necessary to achieve assigned business objectives.

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of
the position.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., phone).
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process,
including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout a large multi-state territory.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 6 years of
successful and progressively responsible physical security systems experience, or an equivalent
combination of education and experience that is sufficient to perform the essential functions of
the job, as determined by the company. Preferred qualifications are: PSP certification;
experience/certification with Axis and/or Milestone; experience with video analytics; and,
experience with remote video monitoring solutions.

and access control.
