Develop, maintain, and administer new and existing systems that support Shared Services department operations.  Provide technical support for special projects and system deployment initiatives.

  • Maintain a full working knowledge and administration of building systems including, but not limited to, Card Access, Video Camera, and Visitor Management.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, administration, and support for various systems utilized within Operation Services and other Shared Services departments.
  • Create comprehensive administrative and user documentation for all non-enterprise systems that Operation Services developed, maintains, administers, and supports.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) and other enterprise systems to obtain reporting and company data that is utilized to support Shared Services departments.
  • Participate in projects with Shared Services departments to automate processes and analyze system requirements to improve operational efficiencies in their work processes. 
  • Utilize the MS Office Suite, Visual Basic, and other software applications.
  • Keep detailed records of version histories and updates.
  • Monitor vendor enhancements to systems and features.  Keep current with skills to utilize new features and tools as they become available.

Job Requirements


Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.


  • H.S. Diploma required, with 3+ years of work experience. 
  • Documented experience with MS Office Suite and Visual Basic including formal training classes at advanced level.
