As the Manager, Network Operations you will support the Securitas, Inc. charter to transform protective services. The position requires leadership by example in understanding the infrastructure, the processes and the broader environment in the which the team operates, which are critical to guide the team effectively. As a hands-on manager, you will effectively lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team with a security-first mindset.

• Act as an escalation engineer for high severity network related production issues, work with engineers and various vendors to identify tactical and strategic solutions.
• Provide strategic direction for growth of technology in network operations capacity planning.
• Implement and maintain system hardening requirements across all platforms.
• Work with business units to identify requirements (cost, functionality, performance), provide networking solutions and drive projects forward.
• Meet, if not exceed, all service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure meeting of deliverables with set standards and procedures.
• Conduct research and develop a culture of innovation and exploration.
• Meet, if not exceed, all service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure meeting of deliverables.
• Exhibit deep understanding of network designs and operations
• Experience transforming enterprise to Zero Trust network model.
• Expert knowledge technologies/architectures including; SDN, SD-WAN and network segmentation.
• Ensure service improvements are defined via metrics, root cause analysis, problem management.
• Remain current with emerging technology and its applicability to the business.
• Present recommendations and progress reports to leadership.

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

• Must have 10+ years of proven experience designing, deploying, and managing large-scale multi-vendor enterprise networks, with focus on network security and resiliency.
• CCIE, CCNP Routing and Switching, CISSP certifications or equivalent are required.
• Network Automation (Ansible, Python, etc.) and cloud experience a plus.


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems Management, or equivalent experience.
