JOB SUMMARY:

 This position will be a supporting role to the Global Security team under the direction of the Senior Manager of Global Security. As the Program Coordinator, the selected candidate will be responsible for the execution of recurrent programs that support the Core Foundational Activities of the Global Security Department.  In this role, the selected candidate will ensure a cadence process is completed at the corporate and field levels, summarize field submissions, and report results to various business partners. 

Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

Directs or completes tasks associated with these areas of responsibilities:

  1. Manage the cycle of work involved in the delivery and execution of field level security programs by working with the Business Security Coordinators and Global Security leaders.
  2. Ensure the completion of field work in support of Global Security core programs; specifically work completed by Business Security Coordinator (BSC) personnel. 
  3. Communicate to the BSCs and other stakeholders to drive completion of the work within the defined timelines. 
  4. Track results of the submitted work, track corrective action plans, and provide reports of submitted work and improvement plans.
  5. Coordinate the completion of basic processes to support the C-TPAT program.
  6. Utilize a web-based tool to send external partners self-assessments and security questionnaires.
  7. Ensure deadlines are met for questionnaires, assessments, and audits and outcomes of these items are tracked and reported.
  8. Utilize scorecards to measure the activities of the global security program.
  9. Assist in the coordination of Global Security training & awareness plans.
  10. Monitor the status of projects, as assigned.
  11. Various administrative tasks as assigned by Global Security.
  12. Increased areas of responsibility as selected candidate grows into the role.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience: 

  • Associates degree or commensurate experience preferred
  • Highly organized, self-starter
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Understanding of project management and/or process management desired
  • Experience analyzing information, developing reports, and sharing relevant outputs with stakeholders
