• Patrol Inspections – officers check in at client sites at random but regimented times to perform patrol and perimeter inspections and/or open and close business premises.

• Alarm Response – when an alarm system is triggered, a nearby Mobile Guarding officer is dispatched to respond and take the best course of action, such as contact the appropriate authorities.

• Employee Escorts – whether it’s a service technician in the field or an employee needing an escort to their car, Mobile Guarding officers meet our clients to provide a safe environment for them.

• Equipment Adjustments – officers sometimes may be required to make minor adjustments to equipment and/or perform first line maintenance services. Special training is provided to all officers that are asked to perform these services.

• Real-Time Reporting – officers record inspection results in real-time from the field via a tour reporting smartphone app.

All Mobile Guarding patrol officers receive specialized training that prepares them to professionally perform the duties mentioned above.
