The Support Lead for Workforce Management (WFM) Systems will be responsible for leading support workstreams, including system requirements analysis, functional system design, integrated testing, and solutions maintenance of the WFM INFOR Applications.   As an application support lead, this position is responsible for the successful implementation of technology solutions in the Corporate Scheduling, Timekeeping, Billing and related business areas by following Securitas SDLC and Agile Project Management, Change Control and testing methodologies.


Supervision will be provided by the IT Director, HCM/WFM Systems


No direct reports but will manage projects utilizing internal and external team members.


  • Responsible for leading the AMS support team for multiple INFOR Cloud core WFM application functions.
  • Provide expert solutions in the INFOR Cloud core WFM modules: Scheduling, Timekeeping, Billing and related applications.
  • Maintain INFOR configuration changes in respective WFM application areas.
  • Work with Business Analysts, Process Owners and End Users to analyze business requirements.
  • Support configurations, customization, reports and interfaces, testing and user training
  • Develop test scenarios and test scripts in the impacted solutions to facilitate appropriate integrated testing.
  • Implement new system solutions and lead system testing and resolution of system issues per Securitas’ project management methodology.
  • Work closely with the Applications Support Group to ensure proper post-implementations handoff. 
  • Work closely with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.
  • Create and maintain system/application documentation (requirements, processes, procedures).
  • Provide applications knowledge in evaluating and improving current business processes.
  • Perform analysis of new application releases and new functionality in WFM modules.

Advance Level Support

  • Provide cross-module and cross-functional area integration support.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of all application system setup information.
  • Interact with technical/development professionals in the design and support of required specific customizations, interfaces and extensions to the INFOR Cloud applications.
  • Support in the investigation and resolution of reported system issues.  Provide system information, utilize diagnostic techniques, guide the efforts of the production support and interface with vendor support as required.
  • Follow prescribed methodologies and processes in completing INFOR support and implementation activities.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, design, development, and testing of Cloud based or in-house ERP applications.
  • Develop solution architecture, write functional specifications and functional solution design for technical development in a clear and concise manner.
  • Perform business process analysis, redesign, process mapping and implementation.
  • Analyze complex data in order to develop recommendations and solutions.
  • Perform data conversion from legacy systems.
  • Develop and executes test plans as required.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in a business or technical discipline preferred and 5+ years of successful and progressively responsible INFOR implementation experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
  • 7 to 10 years of INFOR WFM or similar experience implementing and supporting some combination of Workforce Management applications such as: Timekeeping, Scheduling, etc.
  • Experience working on INFOR cloud-based WFM system and a similar cloud-based professional service application such as PPM application, time entry management system is required (example Oracle Cloud OTL).
  • Experience with BI reporting technologies like Oracle BI is preferred.
  • Hands on experience with ERP cloud security and workflows is desirable
  • Experience in using INFOR OS and Mongoose tool
  • Experience in using any of the INFOR support tool Xtream, Eclipse IDE, Infor Migration tool, SQL tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle is required.
  • Excellent business process knowledge of the following: Standard HR time collection Processes and Payroll processing.
