JOB SUMMARY:  The WFM CoE Field Specialist serves as a strategic WFM partner, to deliver meaningful workforce management advisory to one or more area of Securitas. This individual is responsible for advocating and championing Securitas values, cultures and the WFM operating model to the business. The WFM CoE Field Specialist plays a key part in developing and implementing the WFM strategy and programs in support of short-term and long-term business goals with the overall goal optimizing the workforce and labor effort at Securitas.

  • Maintain strong business partnerships and relationships with assigned leaders by serving as an WFM advisor
  • Support deployment of WFM programs and initiatives by providing tools to help guide Securitas
  • Counsel branch managers and leaders consistent with company policies/practices, legal considerations, compliance regulations, and company priorities—serving as an advocate for both company and employee concerns.
  • Contribute to the business and WFM strategy by helping business functional areas identify, prioritize, and build employee centered capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes in alignment with business goals
  • Support WFM related requests or inquiries as escalated from the branch level
  • Identify opportunities to improve branch operations and workforce management effectiveness
  • Support cross-functional projects by providing subject matter expertise including research, detailed planning, and implementation

Job Requirements


Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a variety of operational roles with increasingly progressive levels of responsibility required
  • Three years of branch experience
  • At least two years of managing a team
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
