JOB SUMMARY:  The WFM CoE Coordinator serves as an implementer and manages the WFM CoE operations. The individual ensures all activities within the WFM CoE are completed based on the priorities of the WFM CoE Vice President. The WFM CoE Coordinator handles the day-to-day management and coordination of WFM CoE employees and activities.

  • Manage and coordinate the execution of the WFM CoE strategic roadmap and initiatives
  • Assist in the development and management of the WFM CoE budget
  • Assist the WFM CoE VP in organizing priorities, schedules, events and meetings
  • Participate in regular meetings with HR to discuss and resolve potential WFM CoE staffing issues
  • Assess inquiries directed to the WFM CoE VP, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage
  • Participate with HR in recruiting and staffing the WFM CoE team
  • Manage the day-to-day requests and transactions of the WFM CoE employees (i.e. PTO requests, expense reports, travel logistics)
  • Assist in the development of WFM CoE status reports, scorecards and other business meeting presentations

Job Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a variety of operational roles with increasingly progressive levels of responsibility required
  • Three years of branch experience
  • Three years of project management experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
