Serves as confidential administrator for a Region Controller and Region Office.  Carries out diverse financial and administrative duties and implements organizational policies and practices.  Aids the Region Controller in staff capacity by managing financial office services, such as personnel and payroll, budget preparation and records control, billing and collections and conducting special management studies.

  1. Carries out diverse administrative duties and implements organizational policies and practices on behalf of and as directed by the Region Controller.
  2. Aids the Region Controller in a staff capacity by coordinating office services, such as personnel, budget preparation and records control, and conducting special management studies.
  3. Acts as a liaison between the Region Office and shared services functions and resolves day-to-day operational issues.
  4. Collects, organizes, inputs, compiles, analyzes and presents information pertaining to operations such as financial reports, budgets, contracts, customer service reports, and company or supervisor report requests; compiles data and arranges for final preparation of reports for management decision-making.
  5. Responsible for SST billings through intracompany transfers or direct invoicing through SAFES.
  6. Participate in month-end finance close.  Some overtime is required.
  7. Accountable for creating and maintaining the accumulative C1 report for revenue.
  8. Communicate monthly internal billing to Regions.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with Region Controllers, AVP’s and Branch Managers.  Respond and follow-up timely to requests from the field.
  10. Assist with Accounts Receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  11. Review and correct coding on AP invoices.
  12. Prepares correspondence, memoranda and reports; prioritizes and responds to communications.
  13. Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assignment. 

Job Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a variety of operational roles with increasingly progressive levels of responsibility required
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience

Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):

  • Thorough understanding of standard office procedures and practices.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various internal and external documents and reports. 
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in a clear and concise manner. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in office productivity software including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database applications.
  • Highly organized and attention to detail
