The Essential Functions Include:

  1. Supports badging operations.  Maintain supplies and service of systems.  Develops and manages a database.
  2. Supports and assists in Technology group processes as requested.
  3. Provides measurement reports to management reflecting status of projects, costs, milestones, anticipated completions dates and identifying obstacles and plans of actions to over-come challenges to establish best common practices
  4. Performs record input utilizing computer systems as required.
  5. Coordinate relations with pre-qualified vendors and subcontractors as related to Badging Systems as necessary to complete projects.
  6. Coordinates training for all new system operators at the site level.
  7. Makes recommendations for procedures to assure systems are maintained across the Delphi account in a uniform manner and in compliance with the Delphi Security manuals and other compliance requirements such as union contracts.
  8. Ensures service is consistent with Delphi and Securitas Service Agreement.
  9. Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.
  10.  Must be capable of a high level of discretion, diplomacy and tact.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications At Entry:

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., email, cell phone).
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.


Associates Degree from an accredited college or the equivalent of two years of progressively responsible and related experience.

Competencies (As Demonstrated Through Experience, Training, and/or Testing):

  • Experience with Access Control and Badging Systems.
  • Demonstrated skills in establishing spreadsheets and word processing. 
  • Experience in process improvement ISO preferred.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Excellent communication verbal, written and presentation skills for customers at all levels. Convey a professional and consistent demeanor giving confidence to the Customer.
  • Understanding of security’s relationship and the affected business.
  • Ability to be a positive and effective team member.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify problems in badging and access systems and to identify resolutions.
  • Analytical skills necessary in project management including cost analysis and process improvements.
  • Ability to maintain data bases with complex data including analysis
