JOB SUMMARY: The Oracle Recruitment Cloud Specialist will be part of the Center of Excellence and will report directly to the Oracle Recruitment Cloud Manager. This role will be working with our new Oracle system that replaced the Cadient (KRONOS) system.

• Will serve as a vital member of the team, resolving platform issues that are reported by the field.

• Will work in unison with our ORC Manager on platform updates alongside our IT and support partners and communicating new functionality to the field.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma/GED

• At least two years related experience

COMPETENCIES: (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):

• Looking for exciting new challenges in the area of recruitment technology

• Customer and field focused

• Has an aptitude for working technology

• Understanding of field recruitment practices is helpful

• Strong communication and presentation skills
