JOB SUMMARY: The Director, Enterprise Applications Support will be responsible for the coordination and execution of support services across North America for Securitas’ Enterprise Applications, including Oracle ERP, EPM and HCM Cloud, Infor Cloud and Salesforce applications. This role will report to the Vice President, Enterprise Applications and will be responsible for overseeing a team of Managers, Application and Technical Support Specialists, managed service providers, and 3rd party software vendors.



  • Manage issue intake, investigation and resolution for Securitas’ Enterprise Applications, including but not limited to Oracle ERP, EPM and HCM Cloud, Infor Cloud and Salesforce applications.
  • Establish metrics, SLAs and support objectives with stakeholders.
  • Manage communication between end users, helpdesk and third-party vendors.
  • Drive best practices across the organization and coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of standard policies and procedures, knowledge base ownership and support documentation.
  • Planning and budgeting for the current and future support organization including people, process, technology and training.
  • Partner with implementation and project teams to ensure training and documentation is transitioned to support functions as part of Securitas’ software development life cycle.
  • Maintain system integrity by assessing, recommending, and implementing appropriate system and data access controls.
  • Follow prescribed methodologies and processes in completing support and implementation activities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to support staff and third-party vendors;
  • Partner with release management to ensure successful deployment system enhancements, bug fixes and project implementations.


  • Develop and implement plans in accordance with Securitas’ software development life cycle while delivering high quality services within budget.
  • Provide regular monthly, quarterly and annual status reports to demonstrate team performance.
  • Estimate cost, scope and complexity for implementation of end-user requests.
  • Manage resource utilization / capacity planning and proactively identify and recommend mitigation plans for project risks and constraints.
  • Experience in DevOps, Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management. 

Job Requirements


Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience commensurate with a senior Information Technology level position.
  • 7-10 years experience managing a Help Desk in a 24*7 environment.
  • 7-10 years experience with the installation, configuration, development and management of Oracle eBusiness suite or other enterprise applications such as SAP, Infor or Salesforce.
  • 5+ years experience managing in an onshore / offshore model.
  • 2+ years experience working on Oracle HCM / ERP, Infor Workforce Management or Salesforce full life-cycle implementations.

Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):

  • Knowledge of all phases of Systems Development Life Cycle is required.
  • Good understanding of Oracle Cloud, Infor Cloud and Salesforce Cloud Technology Stacks preferred.
  • Ability to understand setup and integration of multiple Oracle e-Business suite modules is required.
  • Familiarity with Financial, HR, Sales & Marketing and Workforce Management business processes.
  • Ability to easily adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience in the development and execution of test plans is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task – Manages multiple tasks at a time; quickly and accurately shifts attention among multiple tasks.
  • Relationship Management – Partners with customers and stakeholders by establishing excellent relationships to drive continuous process improvement throughout Securitas.
