JOB SUMMARY: The Manager, HRIS will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Oracle Cloud Fusion Core HR system. As part of the HCM Center of Excellence, key responsibilities will consist of performing Monthly/Quarterly Cloud upgrade Regression Testing, acting as the Subject Matter Expert fielding/supporting HR administrators’ questions, managing the company hierarchy structure and position management program.  Position will also have 1-2 direct reports.

  • Center of Excellence (COE) Project Management duties in the US and Canada regression testing related to Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
  • Manages, tests, and deploys new Core HR configurations and functionality to meet business requirements.
  • Manages and triages issues related to HR approval workflows.
  • Opens and manages Service Requests with Oracle to triage complex system issues.
  • Oversees the Position Management and Employee Hierarchy structures within the company.
  • Assists with Functional and Technical aspects of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR (both back office and field support to ensure proper system usage and understanding).
  • Coordinates the Regression Testing and completion of Oracle Fusion HCM upgrades. 
  • Creates, modifies and runs Oracle BI reports.
  • Projects may involve interaction with other departments as well as third party AMS vendors.
  • Researches and resolves field HCM Core HR questions and issues.
  • Helps to research and resolve employee issues related to Employee and Manager Direct Access.
  • Maintains and updates written procedures as related to job functions and tasks.
  • Communicates with field offices and associates to respond to questions regarding HCM core HR issues.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
  • 6-8 years Senior level HCM experience required 
  • Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday HCM Manager knowledge required
  • Large employer experience a plus
  • OTBI and BI Publisher knowledge a plus
  • Canadian experience a plus
