We are seeking one motivated individual to join our team part-time as an Administration Generalist in South Portland, ME!

This role performs a variety of responsible administrative functions that may include assisting human resources, office & clerical duties, accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, and other administrative functions as needed.

Our preferred schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, but we can be flexible. 

Job Duties:

  • Answer office phones and route calls as needed 
  • Process incoming mail 
  • Assist with A/R and A/P 
  • Order new hire uniforms 
  • Organize and maintain uniform stock room & track uniform inventory 
  • Create and maintain employee files
  • Assist with projects and initiatives as needed
  • Assists with new hire orientation 
  • Assists Human Resources as needed
  • Maintain quarterly newsletter 
  • Manage yearly Veteran pin program 
  • Data entry 

Working Hours:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (plus additional hours as needed)

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Some college preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-5 years professional experience in an Administrative Setting preferred

Job Type: part-time

Salary: $20.00 per hour 

• Must be at least 18 years of age. 
• Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). 
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private). 
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States. 
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. 
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED. 
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

• Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
